Coalition of Asian American Leaders The Coalition of Asian American Leaders is a statewide network of multi-sector, multi-ethnic and multi-generational leaders who actively harness their collective power to improve the lives of the AAPI community in Minnesota. CAAL cultivates their network’s collective power to advance short- and long-term solutions so that all Minnesotans can truly thrive. We meet our mission by doing work in the following key areas: community priority issues, leadership support, network weaving, and partnerships & collaboration.
